Andrew Irwin and Kevin Keyes will join the Dickies British Supersport and Pirelli National Superstock 600 Championships respectively for the new season after penning a new deal with Team Appleyard Macadam Racing, who will again supported for the 2016 season again by Integro.
Irwin will compete in the Supersport class, making the step up from the National Superstock series after ending his 2015 campaign in fourth place and scored three podium finishes.
Keyes meanwhile makes the step up to the Superstock class after claiming second place in the 2015 Santander Consumer Finance KTM British Junior Cup. Keyes was also recently awarded the prestigious Young Rider of the Year award at the recent Cornmarket Motorbike Awards in Belfast.
Irwin said: "First of all I want to say a massive thank you to Robin, Peggy and Doug for this opportunity. I really do believe this team and setup is what I need to take my racing to the next level. I can't wait to get going.
"We're going into the season with the simple of hope of making good progression throughout the year. If we're tenth in the first race, I want to be ninth in the second and so on. Hopefully we can battle towards the top six and even the podium places as the year goes on."
Keyes added: "I can honestly say I cannot wait to get going with Team Appleyard Macadam. It's a wonderful opportunity that I have to thank everyone involved from my side and their side for coming together. It's going to be a battle. The Superstock 600 class is renowned for tough fights but I know I'm up for it.
"We're not going in with high hopes of being an instant success because we all know it's going to take hard work and a lot of learning but I'm prepared for both. I just want to get to Spain and start getting the laps in."
Robin Appleyard commented: "Both riders fit the Teams ethos perfectly in trying to assist and develop young riders in our low key friendly family atmosphere, and we can't wait to get cracking in Spain in the next few weeks. I think both lads have massive potential."
